Our program delivers a custom technical skills curriculum, which is focused on understanding the basics of the Salesforce ecosystem, the Salesforce platform, application development, system administration, data management, automation, and system architecture. The curriculum will prepare participants for the globally-recognised Salesforce Administrator credential. The technical training programme includes 160 hours of instruction, including homework assignments, team exercises, and e-learning modules through Salesforce Trailhead.
